No, there are no setup fees or monthly subscription fees. You only pay a small fee per successful transaction.

When do I get my payouts?

For local transactions, payouts are processed the next business day (T+1). International settlements may take T+4 days depending on the bank.

Can I negotiate rates?

Yes, for businesses with large transaction volumes (> ETB 5M/month), we offer custom pricing. Contact our sales team.

Is VAT included in the fees?

Fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied to the service fee as per Ethiopian tax regulations.
